Faulty Products Within 30 days of purchase

No exchange, credit or refund will be done without the original invoice or a copy being presented.
All manufacturers standard warranty terms and conditions will apply.
Unless otherwise specified, ADI’s one (1) year warranty will preside.
Please be advised that accessories and consumables are not guaranteed, included in this is batteries, glue, cable etc.
ADI reserves the right to exchange, credit or repair faulty items returned.
ADI reserves the right to refuse any exchange, to pass a credit or a refund any goods being returned without a fair or good reason.
Goods returned for a credit or refund must be in the original condition and packaging. No exceptions will be considered.
It is the responsibility of the person purchasing the products to ensure that the person doing the installation has the adequate technical knowledge and expertise relative to the product being purchased.
Any damage caused by abuse, misuse, unauthorised modifications, incorrect installation, insect infestation, lightening, power surges, and acts of God or tampering will not be covered by the ADI warranty.

Faulty Products Outside the 30 Day Period (In warranty repairs)

Goods returned after fourteen (14) days will be subject to a 15% handling charge.

Faulty Products Outside the 30 Day Period (Out of warranty repairs)

Goods returned after thirty (30) days will not be accepted back for a credit, exchange or refund.

Policy Regarding Special Orders Definition

For the purposes of this policy, a special product is defined as one which Is not shown in one of ADI Global’s catalogues nor is not stocked by ADI Global

Delivery Charges

Transport and freight charges on returned goods will be for your own account.

Return Of Special Orders

Special order items will not be exchanged, credited or refunded.
